Luxe 3BR/3.5BA w/ Heated Pool & 10 mins to Beach

Overall it’s a cute house but the neighborhood is on the edge, there are a lot of homeless on the block and surrounding neighborhood as well as directly next door. It is only 10 minutes from downtown so very convenient. The house has many lights that don’t work inside and needs a lot of light touchups throughout. The AC works but it’s very musty inside, I’m not sure on a hotter days in the summer if it could keep. The pool was not heated and the pump doesn’t work, it appeared as if that has been for a while. They told us the pool was safe to use but it looked pretty sketchy. They offered a refund for that but after many attempts to communicate with them on this issue they haven’t responded. The grounds are overall nice but there’s a lot of bugs and rats and older dirty furniture so we had to clean a lot before we used them.
